Founded by Daphne Gomez, born in Curaçao and raised on St. Maarten, this cozy coffee haven blends traditional Colombian brewing with an unmistakable island soul. Daphne’s passion was born at age six, sipping sweet, creamy coffee with her grandmother—a ritual that sparked a lifelong love.
Today, she shares that same comfort with every visitor. The café offers over 20 coffee and tea flavors, and an atmosphere filled with rich aromas, genuine hospitality, and creative expression.
Guests can also browse hand-painted souvenirs and discover how to brew coffee the traditional Dominican “El Campo” way, bringing a piece of Island Barista home. It’s a local gem where stories, culture, and coffee come together.
