Bamboo has been serving award-winning Sushi, Prime Aged steak, and Global flavors in Sint Maarten for over 20 years.
Always a hip setting with DJs spinning into the early morning, Bamboo has relocated to the Fleming Estate, a restored 19th-century sugar Mill in Cole Bay overlooking Simpson Bay, the Airport, and an amazing sunset view.
Dine outdoors on the historic stone patios, which offer breathtaking views of the Island, or indoors with views, air conditioning & tribal art. After dinner, visit their intimate Rum Bar and choose from a large selection of exclusive Caribbean rums & Cigars.
Their award-winning culinary masterpieces, with influences from Korean and Thai cuisine, are more complex and innovative than ever before.
Old-time favorites are the Angry Dragon Roll, the Kuta Roll, and the Maui Roll. But the menu now has some great new additions.
Some of those are the aged 16 oz: Bone-in rib eye or the legendary Bamboo Filet Mignon.
The Bamboo House is open for dinner nightly (5 pm – 11 pm), with the kitchen staying open until late. Sunsets and Happy Hour are not to be missed. Another must-visit is their Live Jazz & Swing event every other Thursday night, as well as a professional dance show featuring DJs playing on Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday nights.
Enjoy craft cocktails at the open-air bar and listen to the best of House, Disco, and Funk brought to you by international DJs from Paris, NYC, plus local favorites during the weekends.

Bamboo offers a free shuttle service from the Carrefour parking lot, park your car and allow the comfortable van to transport you. Valet parking also possible for $5 per vehicle.
